"Clothes were fine, but the packaging was a letdown"
My order did show up, but the packaging wasn’t great. I was already in a tired mood that day, so seeing the box kind of crushed and one of the items with the plastic ripped open was frustrating. Luckily the clothes themselves were okay, but for the price, I expected everything to be packed a lot better. It wasn’t the worst order I’ve ever had, just disappointing.

"Good products, but support was slow"
I ordered from roark.com and overall the site was easy enough to use. I got my receipt and confirmation email right away, and the product itself looked solid. The issue was that I had a question about my shipment and customer service took a few days to get back to me. When they finally emailed me, the reply was short and didn’t really clear things up. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the price, I expected better communication and help

Grabbed a few things from roark.com and overall, I’m happy with it. Solid. The clothes aren’t exactly cheap, but they definitely feel like they’ll last, which is more than I can say for some other stuff I’ve bought around the same price. Shipping was totally fine too. Nothing super fast or exciting, but no problems either. Easy. I’d order again because it actually feels like I’m getting my money’s worth.

"Annoyingly, it’s actually a good shirt"
I didn’t really expect much from this shirt, but I have to admit it’s held up great after a bunch of washes. No weird shrinking or falling apart so far, which is more than I can say for a lot of shirts I’ve bought.

"Solid jacket for rough weather"
I wore my Roark jacket over a wet, windy weekend and it held up better than I thought it would. It kept me dry and warm most of the time, though the cuffs did start getting a little damp after a while, especially with all that stuff going on. The fit is good too, not too bulky or weird. It’s not perfect, but for everyday messy weather, I’d say it’s a solid pick.

"Nice Shirt, Just Not Super Breathable"
I picked up a shirt from roark and overall it looks really good (the style is definitely there). It’s comfortable enough for regular day-to-day wear, but the breathability is average. On warmer days or if you’re sweating at all, it doesn’t feel as airy as I was hoping. Not a bad shirt by any means, I just expected it to handle heat a little better...

"Love the gear, wish it stayed in stock"
I really like Roark’s clothes and the site is Easy to use, but it feels like the sizes I want are always sold out. New drops disappear so Fast, which is kinda frustrating. I just wish they’d Restock more often.

I’ve ordered a few pieces from Roark now, it really does feel like the brand’s whole wild little adventure spirit comes through. The clothes have that worn-in, road-trip-through-the-middle-of-nowhere look without screaming, “Look at me, I’m outdoorsy.”
The sizing was mostly on point, and the quality feels solid enough to survive a minor apocalypse, or at least a very long weekend. It’s not the cheapest gear out there, but it doesn’t feel fake, flimsy, or painfully overdesigned. I’ll probably be back for more.

"Good stuff, slow shipping!!!"
I ordered from roark and the items were totally fine!!! No complaints about the quality once everything showed up. The only annoying part was the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, so I had no idea what was going on!!! It did finally arrive in good shape, just definitely not super fast. I’d maybe order again, but probably not if I needed something quickly!!!

I had to swap sizes after my order arrived, and the exchange process was easy. It took a little bit of time, but customer service got back to me quickly and walked me through it. Once the right size came in, everything was sorted and I was happy with it.

I had a good experience using roark.com. The site was easy to get around, and all the pages loaded just fine for me. I do think the filtering options could be a little better, but checkout was straightforward and didn’t give me any trouble. Overall, it was a solid shopping experience, and I’d probably mention it to a friend if they were looking to browse there

"Mostly consistent fit"
I’ve bought a few of these shirts and overall the sizing has been consistent for me. The only thing I noticed was that one shirt felt a little off compared to the others, but the rest fit the way I expected.

I’ve picked up a couple shirts and a jacket from roark, and the craftsmanship is what really got me. The stitching is clean, the buttons don’t feel flimsy, and the fabric has held up after a bunch of washes without anything getting loose or weird. The prices definitely aren’t the cheapest, and I kind of felt trapped between spending more or settling for lower-quality stuff again. But in this case, I’m glad I paid for it. These feel like clothes that will actually last, not just look decent for one season

"Easy orders, no delivery drama"
I’ve ordered from Roark a few times now, the delivery has been really solid every time. The tracking actually worked, which is always nice because I’m the kind of person who checks tracking way too often, like it’s suddenly going to teleport across the country. Everything showed up when they said it would, and there wasn’t any hassle or weird delay. Simple experience overall, and I really appreciate that these days.
